This delightful small town just on the outskirts of Larnaca has received many awards for its cleanliness and hygiene. The main high street is both smart and boasts a good selection of general stores, banks and restaurants, we also understand it is the location for a major supermarket chain to open a new store.

Although this area is largely already developed there are a number of properties on the fringes of the town that offer excellent value for money, Kiti is also just a 5 minute drive from the Planned Golf Resort of Tersefanou. Although the rental market here at present is generally residential we believe as the fringe of the village develops these properties will become an excellent investment for both the residential and holiday rental market.
