The village of Tersefanou on the outskirts of Larnaca has been chosen as the location for an 18 Hole P.G.A Golf Course. Development in the area has been brisk and most properties have now been sold, however there are still investment opportunities and prices are still reasonable in comparison to other Mediterranean golf resorts.

Tersefanou is extremely well located just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Larnaca town center.
